1. Sea salt with water
How to do that:
- Take one cup of water.
- Add one tablespoon spoon of sea salt.
- Mix them properly.
- Whenever you want to wash your face, wash with this mixture.
How to make sea salt spray:
- In a spray bottle add water.
- Now add one tablespoon of sea salt or you can add any essential oils as well but it’s totally optional.
- Mix it or shake it.
- Now put it in the fridge.
- Spray this mixture twice or trice on affected areas.
2. Sea salt scrub
Ingredients:
- One tablespoon of coconut or olive oil
- One teaspoon of sea salt
Method:
- In a small bowl add coconut or olive oil.
- Now add sea salt, if you want you to crush it a little bit.
- Now mix it properly.
- Scrub your face or affected areas with this natural scrub.
- Scrub for one or two minutes.
- Let it stay for more 5 minutes.
- Wash it off with water.
3. Sea salt Bath
Method:
- First of all, fill your bathtub with warm water.
- Now add a cup of sea salt and some drops of tea tree oil.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Lay down for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Then wash your body with plain water.
4. Sea Salt Body Lotion
Method:
- When you are going to sleep.
- Take your regular body lotion or moisturizer.
- Add a little bit of sea salt.
- Mix it together.
- Now apply it on affected areas.
- Leave it for overnight.
- Wash it off in the morning.
5. Sea Salt with Honey and Lemon
Ingredients:
- One teaspoon of sea salt
- One teaspoon of honey
- Few drops of lemon juice
Method:
- In a bowl add sea salt, honey, and lemon juice.
- Now mix all the above-given ingredients.
- Now gently massage your skin with this mixture for two minutes.
- Let it stay for more 5 to 10 minutes.
- After the time has been passed wash it off with water.
6. Sea salt with Aloe Vera and orange juice
Ingredients:
- One tablespoon of aloe Vera gel
- Half teaspoon of orange juice or any other citrus fruit juice
- One tablespoon of sea salt
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add Aloe Vera gel, orange juice, and sea salt and mix it very well.
- Now wash your face and pat dry.
- Now massage your face with this amazing and refreshing mixture.
- Massage for up to one or two minutes.
- Let it sat for more 10 minutes.
- Wash it off with water.
7. Sea salt with fenugreek paste and grapefruit juice
Ingredients:
- Half teaspoon of sea salt
- Two tablespoons of fenugreek paste
- One teaspoon of grapefruit juice
Method:
- Soak two or three tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight.
- Next morning make a paste of these soak fenugreek seeds by adding little water.
- Now mix grapefruit juice and sea salt.
- Now gently exfoliate your skin with this mixture for two minutes.
- Let it stay more 10 to 15 minutes.
- Wash it off with water.
8. Sea salt with Toothpaste
Method:
- Take little bit sea salt and toothpaste.
- Mix both the ingredients.
- Now apply it only on affected areas.
- Let it stay overnight.
- Wash it off next morning.

- A pinch of turmeric
