Special emphasis should be laid on fruits as they provide more of those nutrients which work for betterment of your skin. Incorporate more of green vegetables in your diet and others like cabbage in your diet in case you have dark circles.

Do not indulge in activities like that related to alcohol or smoking as they are harmful for your health and hence affect your skin to a great extent giving you a pair of ugly looking dark circles under your eyes. You can also use simple cucumber juice for the purpose of getting rid of dark circles. Extract some cucumber juice and soak cotton in it. Now you will drop the excess juice off and lie down in a relaxed posture. After closing your eyes place the cotton on your dark circles and on the eyes. Also placement of thin cut potatoes slices on closed eyelids and on dark circles is very beneficial especially when it comes to giving you a juvenile and fresh look. You can also apply cool used teabags on your eyes. Doing this regularly at least once a weak can give you amazing results giving your eyes a fresh and vibrant look while taking away all the dark circles.
