    I’m a girl my age is 18+ nd my wait is 45 kg
    my current hight is 4.7and I’m vegetarian.
    I have try many things for increasing my height… I also take some extra protein products and calcium medicines.. which is suggested by my doctor I have my x-ra report which shows that my growth stop at 11 year age due to lack of growth hormones but my daily diet is very heavy means it’s rich in vitamins, protein, iron nd calcium then don’t know why I have only 4.7 inches…….. I really hate that!!!!
