A simple logic that many don’t even think about; aging is a natural procedure, so in order to lesser its impact you should only try the options that work naturally. Let’s pause all the clichés here, you should simply upgrade your diet and make it worthy.

Fresh juices:

Water:

Have an at least 8 glasses of water daily, you would get a flawless skin and also retain the body shape. This all helps in looking younger and fresher.

Dark chocolate:

Might sound strange to you, but it is said that dark chocolate helps in reducing the aging signs and specially the sun tans. Also, the moisture in the skin is also retained by consumption of this particular item.

Nuts:

Almonds, peanuts, chai seeds and walnuts are an amazing source of all the necessary skin nutrients. They keep the inner membrane of the skin moist and in this way you can get wrinkle free skin easily.

Vegetables:

Items like cucumber and tomatoes are rich in water and other skin refreshing concentrations. Those who consume both refrain from getting all the types of age spots, dry spots and wrinkles. Round the year you can actually look gorgeous and younger than your age.

Certainly, all the women would want to go for all of these items so that they can outshine the evenings just the way they used to do in their teenage.

    you have given appropriate suggestions, Drinking 8- 10 glasses of water is very important to have soft supple and younger looking skin. Water keeps your skin hydrated and prevents the skin from sagging and Nuts like walnuts, almonds hazelnuts and more protect the skin by forming a fluid rich membrane in the skin that keeps the skin moist and flexible :)

    Now I am 34 but my relatives and many friends ask me that how can I mention my skin so well. Actually I don’t use any cosmetic product because I believe in natural food items like fruits, fish, vegetables and many dairy products and this is because I still like 22 year old girl that my only secret.

    I am 30 year old women, I use many alcoholic products and sometime I do smoke that’s why I look 10 years more than my age. You mentioned really well that to get fabulous looking skin is depend on the food you eat but unfortunately I choice wrong foods that’s why I had the problem of inflammation which blast my cellular levels. Now I follow yours tips and foods which you mention in your post.

      Yes hina if you are a smoker, then it’s true that you look 10 year more than your age. Now you should start keeping a healthy diet, which contain essential vitamins and minerals which help you to keep your skin younger rest of the life.

    I am a young teen college girl, thats why we do alot of out going activites thats why i can’t manage my diet plan from last 6 months. Now i notice my skin become dull and not looking fresh. Please suggest me some thing which can i do to get my glowing skin.

      Due to sun explore and out going activities our skin become unhealthy. You should have to plan your daily routine. Drink 8 glasses of water and add healthy foods like vegetables fruits, nuts and using face packs which are made with natural ingredients like papaya and honey these will give you result in just two weeks.

    Hi Hira, I truly enjoy your information but I don’t agree with your article saying skincare products are a waste. The most important thing we can do for our skin is to wear sunscreen and an antioxidant. I invite you come visit my skincare website completeskincare I would love for you to try some dermatology grade skincare products. Once you get a little older skincare products are a must.       I am not saying that all skin care products are waste. I personally use moisturizers and sunscreens but I just want to told that first prefer is natural foods items then beauty products.

      You have a lot of acidity in your stomach. So not eat greasy food, junk foods, spicy Foods, specially made with red pepper eat foods which made with black pepper. Eat lots of healthy, natural foods, eat juicy fruits and vegetables. Drink a lot of water. Take 1 tbsp of honey, Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, Add 1 tbsp almond oil, Add 2 tbsp of milk. Mix Well. Apply on the affected area. I hope these remedies help you. I have recently written a post about wrinkles check it below.

      Hair loss is a very common problem among people. In most cases abnormal loosing of hair is a sign of health problems. What is abnormal loosing of hair? Do not panic if you loose from 50 to 100 hair per day – this is normal. If you clearly lose more or you see hairless spots on your head – see your doctor. moe over try to do the things which i told you.
      VITAMINS: Fish Oil, Biotin, Women’s One A Day, EXERCISE: 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week, DRINK: 8 bottles of water per day. I only drink about 3 bottles though because that much water makes me pee every 5 minutes. , DIET: Eat healthy, fruits, fish, chicken, veggies, NO HEAT: I do not apply any more heat, WASH HAIR: The most, 3 times a week…The least, once a week Deep condition hair every 2 weeks. Put 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil in a cup and 1 spoon of honey in the same cup. Heat up for 20 seconds. Let it cool off for 10 mins, then apply with your fingers to your hair. Massage it all in. Put on shower cap and leave it for 30-55 mins. Then wash it off using shampoo/conditoner. Massage scalp with fingers (don’t use nails) for 5-10 mins
