The necessity of having a tall height becomes, even more, essential in men and boys for whom the ideal image is that of a tall person. However, taller women look equally good too. There come a grace and class in taller heights. This is why people take different sorts of medicines for increasing height which come with their own adverse consequences. Do stretching exercises daily. Eat two raw eggs with milk daily. Play sports like football, especially basketball which increases height. Do cycling and skipping daily. Practice and learn swimming. Run for miles daily. Hang for at least 10 minutes daily. Do at least 8-10 pull-ups daily. Eat green leafy vegetables like spinach. Eat food rich in proteins and calcium like peas, beans, pulses, bananas, milk, eggs, white meat, cod liver oil, fish, nuts, etc.

Just hang on a hanging bar. Swing your body forward and backward till your hands are tired. Try to do this for at least 1-2 minutes and gradually increase it into 2-3 minutes. Repeat the step 3 for 3 times or say 3 repetitions.
