Make sure the skin is hydrated:
A dry skin welcomes the dark spots and wrinkles, therefore, make sure you take enough water to keep the skin hydrated. If not eight, at least take 6 glasses of water so that the skin retains the water amount necessary.
Try not to over wash:
Many wash their face almost after every hour or so because they think it’s healthy. However, in reality washing the face too much refrains the natural oil from the pores, and they are exposed to damages directly.
Use of moisturizer:
You must use a good quality moisturizer that actually keeps the face a little oil and fresh. Maybe the lotions or creams with vitamin K would turn out to be more productive in this aspect. Try to talk to your doctor about it and then select the product. You can also use the multi vitamin products because they are effective in preventing the wrinkles and other aging signs.
Application of natural products like coconut oil, almond oil, aloe Vera and lemon juice can also bring mind blowing results.
