With ample amounts of both natural and man-made ways, one gets ways to combat this annoying feeling by just following the tips.     Nowadays I am using shea butter, you know , I need to wash my hands frequently, and soap irritate my hands, but shea butter seems to solve my problem :)

      I also use Shea butter when I got sunburned and it really helps me a lot. I prefer it to use on my elbows and heels because it makes them soft.

      You should choose moisturizing body wash because it gently, less soap and also hydrates your skin without drying it out. Cleansing body wash has a lot of soap and it makes your skin dry and rough.

    I personally use Olive Oil on my skin and it keeps my skin so soft.

    I also use a product called Nerium which has eliminated scars on my back and reduced stretch marks.

    I have 5 year old children I am very weird about him he has very sensitive skin. Every time he finishes the bath the dead skin patches appear on his skin. Please recommend some natural moisturizer without and harsh chemicals which makes his skin soft.

      5 year old babies have really sensitive skin does use the products which have soap and harsh chemicals. I prefer to use Shea butter and baby oil immediately after bathing.

      Increase your water consumption. Exfoliate daily with a mild exfoliant, or every other day if your skin is sensitive. Apply sunscreen daily. Rub a lemon half gently over your face and any other areas you’d like to lighten. Let the juice sit until dry, then rinse off with warm water. Avoid the sun when doing this treatment. Take 1tsp (5mL) of milk and 1 tsp (5mL) of honey. Mix them together and massage into your face. Use nonfat milk for oily skin, and whole milk or cream for dry skin. Combine one teaspoon (5mL) of turmeric and three tablespoons (45mL) of lime to make a mask. Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. This will stain clothing, so be careful. Beat an egg white until frothy, then apply to your face. When it dries, throughly wash off. Do not use this mask on broken skin. Mix 2 tablespoons (30mL) of honey with two tablespoons (30mL) plain yogurt. Leave it on your face for about 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. I hope it helps you.

    I use to moiturize my body with jerjens and sumtim with nivea cream is it enough or need anything more? I have dry litle itch skin.

      Before your bath, apply oil on the area and massage it into the skin. This helps to soften the skin. Sesame seed (til) oil, olive oil or even sunflower oil may be used. While bathing, go easy on the soap and avoid very hot water. Give the area a gentle rub with the loofah or rough towel. Immediately after your bath, apply a body lotion while the skin is still damp. If the skin on the elbows and knees is excessively dry, use a thicker cream on them. Massage the cream into the skin on these areas. Body scrubs and packs also help. Try sesame seeds, dried mint leaves and honey. They have a remarkably rejuvenating effect on the skin. Crush the sesame seeds coarsely and powder the dried mint leaves. Mix them with a little honey and apply on the skin. Removes tan and produces an even colour tone. Honey moisturises and softens the skin. mix besan (gram flour), curd, lemon juice and little haldi (turmeric) into a paste. Apply it at least three times a week. Wash it off after half an hour. Take ripe papaya pulp and add lemon juice. Apply this on the area and rub the skin with it for a few minutes. Wash off with plain water.

      Take half teaspoon of honey with a pinch of cinnamon, Lemon juice and some raw milk. Apply it on your skin for 30 minutes then wash it off. stop eating foods which made with red pepper and start eating foods which made with black pepper. Consume more water. Stay out of the sun. If he want to go out in sun then at least use a high SPF sunblock with a minimum SPF of 30. I would suggest using homemade toners for your skin type. Green tea for oily and combination skin and rose water for dry skin. cup of tea water (cooled down) 2 spoons of rice flour ½ a spoon of honey Mix the above ingredients and apply on the skin. Leave it on till the mask dries completely for 20 minutes or more. Before cleaning the mask with water, make sure you massage the facial skin in circular motions, this is very important as it removes the dead skin and evens the skin tone. then wash your face with cold water. Take lemon zest or lemon rind ( the outer skin grated), or even orange zest, dry them out in the sun (do not microwave) and then grind them to powder. Store in a dry air tight container. Mix it with raw milk and use as pack on affected areas. Wash off with warm water only. Immediately use a cool toner after.Eat fruits with Vitamin C for the antioxidants.

      Wash your face every day, being careful not to overwash. Apply ice cubes to your face. Mix equal parts baking soda and warm water (2 tablespoons each) into a paste Using a circular motion, massage paste into pores gently for about 30 seconds. Rinse off using cool water. Use this regimen as part of your normal face-washing routine, every night, for 5 to 7 days. After a week of use, reduce regimen to 3 to 5 times per week. Drench a washcloth in lemon and pineapple juice. Place the washcloth firmly on your face for one minute. Then rinse your skin with warm water Use a light scrub.

      Keep your skin very clean. Limit washing your face to two or three times a day. Too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil. take good amount of water , eat salad as much as you can and avoid junk , fried and oily food. eat healthy simple food . Eat seasonal fruits . Watch television for not more than an hour or laptop even . take rests in between because too much sitting in front of these devices also make your oil glands secrete much oil. And always use a sunscreen suitable for your skin while going out in the sun . Make an oatmeal paste with olive oil and lemon juice. Scrub your face with that paste and this will help reduce the oil and blackheads from your skin. Make sure you wash your face afterwards with warm water.
