But that’s totally unfair, sometimes natural remedies are more effective and powerful than any chemical products. Now you are thinking that how sleep relate to acne? Simple less sleep causes stress and it increases day by day, even sometimes it increases hourly, It depends on how many hours you lose in one day, every hour it increases 14 to 15 percent. So get your beauty sleep minimum 8 hours in a night. You will fall sleep more easily in cooler places rather than in warm temperature.
Hydrate yourself and Healthy diet
Both of the things plays an important role in acne breakout. So if you really want to control acne then you start adding fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans and you must avoid junk foods, oily or spicy foods, pastas and white sugar. As we all know that water helps us to flush out the toxins so add extra water or fresh fruit juices to your daily routine and get acne free skin.
Do some exercise or physical activity throughout the day because exercise helps to control stress which causes a breakout. Exercise also helps to increase blood circulation and sweat you, but keep in mind that too much sweat also cause acne so shower immediately after a heavy workout.
Exfoliation and must use sunscreen
Always say yes to you sunscreen, I know many of us forget to put sunscreen before going outside but did you know that going outside without sunscreen cause age spots and even skin cancer too. Always use non-comedogenic sunscreen because it wouldn’t clog your pores and it completely safe for our skin. One more thing make a habit of doing gentle exfoliation twice a week with a mild scrub that suits your skin type helps to prevent from acne breakouts.
Hair products cause acne
Did you know that in many cases acne caused by hair products like your shampoo, conditioners, hair masks or hair sprays? So now you are thinking what should we do? Simply apply any hair product before washing your face, means first apply any hair products then wash your face so in that manner no hair product left on your face.
Some home remedies to control acne breakouts
Apple Cider vinegar

If you want to control acne or wants to get rid of it Apple cider vinegar can help you, why? Because it works as astringent like all citrus fruits, it also clean the bacteria which lying on your skin and it helps to balance PH level of your skin. But always remember that don’t use it too much as it dry your skin so always on the limit.
Wash your face first then take one part apple cider vinegar and three parts of water. Mix them, use it with the help of cotton ball leave it for 20 minutes, after that use a good moisturizer as sometimes it dry your skin.
Tea Tree Oil

As you read a lot about tea tree oil but it has used in many beauty treatments like in acne scar treatment, but today we are using it because we want to get rid of acne fast, so why we select it? Because if your pores are clogged it helps to unclog them, the most important property which I personally love it its anti-bacterial properties which help you to kill the bacteria which cause acne, as I personally use it in my shampoo and its results are awesome.
First wash your face then take apply the tea tree oil with help of q tip, but if your skin is sensitive then you must dilute it with water, half tea tree oil and half water, so can also dilute it with aloe vera gel, let it stay it quickly absorbs so no need to wash your face.
Aloe Vera has very soothing and it also helps to reduce redness and it help to control acne breakouts. But if you mix it with mint and it will a give quick result as we all know that mint gives us a cooling effect.
First of all wash your face, mix mint and aloe Vera gel together. Use it on problem areas, let it stay for 40 minutes, then wash it off and use a good moisturizer after that.
