Hi, I am 15 years old girl. Every day usually I eat Macdonald foods, well every day. I have been eating Macdonald foods for four years straight. My face is dull, pale most of the time now. I do drink a lot of water but at the same time soft drinks as well. What can I do to have a brighter skin without using any cosmetic products?

Application of the mixture of turmeric powder and milk on the face is also a good hair removal home remedy.Spread the pack all over your face and let it dry completely. When it dries off, scrape it off by rubbing it a little strongly in the opposite direction of hair growth. This is an essential step as the unwanted hair has to be displaced. Wash your face after the procedure is over. Make a paste with half corn flour, one tea spoon of sugar and an egg white. Apply it on your face and let it be dry. Wash your face with cold water.

My skin is very dull and i look aged due to my skin type.i m just 20 but look like 28..most of the time i get frustrated.please help me out with any home process or medicine.

    • says

Dull Skin is one of the skin problems. It is usually caused by improper skin care and intake of unhealthy diet. Frequent usage of cosmetic products also cause this problem because they contain chemicals that can irritate and damage your skin. You also don’t do exercise that’s why you become dull. Cleansing is the first step. Moisturizer and exfoliate your skin properly.
Make a paste of walnut shell powder, lemon and papaya. Apply it on your face. After 10 minutes rub it like a scrub. This will remove the dead skin of the face and your skin will glow.
Mix a little rice flour, cucumber juice and orange juice and scrub your face with this paste. Juices are really good for your skin, since they contain Vitamin C. Place some dried apricots, you can also take fresh apricots in water overnight and mash them into a paste the next morning. Add some olive oil, mix well and apply to the skin.

See your dermatologist first. Your doctor may have to prescribe the hydroquinone cream. Combine the honey, lemon juice, pinch of salt and pinch of turmeric into a small bowl. Stir with a spoon to combine. Wash your face and body using the homemade skin lightening mixture. Do this at night before going to bed. When the mixture has dried, apply a skin moisturizer to your face and body so you don’t become too dry. Wash your face with cool water in the morning. Apply the hydroquinone cream to your face and body in the morning. Apply just a very thin layer of the cream. The best cream to use is a hydroquinone cream that contains an SPF to keep your skin protected from the sun. Take vitamin C every day. A daily dose of 500 mg of vitamin C will help promote healthy skin. The antioxidants that are naturally found in vitamin C also inhibit the production of melanin that is a skin pigment.

Increase your water consumption. Exfoliate daily with a mild exfoliant, or every other day if your skin is sensitive. Apply sunscreen daily. Rub a lemon half gently over your face and any other areas you’d like to lighten. Let the juice sit until dry, then rinse off with warm water. Avoid the sun when doing this treatment. Take 1tsp (5mL) of milk and 1 tsp (5mL) of honey. Mix them together and massage into your face. Use nonfat milk for oily skin, and whole milk or cream for dry skin. Combine one teaspoon (5mL) of turmeric and three tablespoons (45mL) of lime to make a mask. Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. This will stain clothing, so be careful. Beat an egg white until frothy, then apply to your face. When it dries, throughly wash off. Do not use this mask on broken skin. Mix 2 tablespoons (30mL) of honey with two tablespoons (30mL) plain yogurt. Leave it on your face for about 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. I hope it helps you.

Hair loss or baldness is caused mainly due to the lack of Vitamin B supplements. Vitamin B5 contains pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin that is vital for hair growth). B6 is equally important to the body, as it contains the nutrients of zinc, sulfur, magnesium and biotin.
The body also requires Vitamin A. Fatty acids such as primrose oil, flaxseed oil or salmon oil need to be consumed for enhancing hair growth.
Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.
Biotin is necessary for hair growth. There are many sources of biotin such as brewer’s yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. It is present in some shampoos, so you can use shampoos, which contain biotin. It is advised to consult a physician before taking any vitamins or medications for hair growth. Eat adequate amounts of protein.

Hold an ice pack or some ice cubes in a towel on the pimple for a couple minutes every half an hour. Drinking a lot of water is very beneficial for skin because it flushes out toxins from the body. Its also helpful for a glowing complexion. A teaspoon of coriander juice, mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder, is another effective home remedy for pimples and blackheads. The mixture should be applied to the face after thoroughly washing it every night before retiring. At night, before going to bed, apply a mix of cream, glycerin, and lemon juice to your face and again keep it on for a short while before washing. Apply Vitamin E to the area under your eye. You could open up a Vitamin E capsule, and apply a little oil. Swallow the rest of the oil. This not only helps you get rid of dark circles, but also reduces puffiness around the eyes. Apply a cold, used tea bag to your eyes. You could also applied used, cold, herbal tea leaves to your eyes, to sooth them.
