Hi, I am 15 years old girl. Every day usually I eat Macdonald foods, well every day. I have been eating Macdonald foods for four years straight. My face is dull, pale most of the time now. I do drink a lot of water but at the same time soft drinks as well. What can I do to have a brighter skin without using any cosmetic products?

    • hira khan says:

You already know your own answer. You need to change the way you eat. Just eat healthy foods which are rich in minerals and vitamins.
A good homemade remedy for brighter skin is use lemon with baking soda over your body and you will get good result with it. Cut the lemon in half and one half put over the baking soda then scrub your skin. Wash off with your regular soap.

You can remove red spots easily by putting dabs of toothpaste on it when you are going to bed. Leave it for the whole night. Next morning wash it off and cover it up with some powder. You can also try pure Aloe Vera gel or cool chamomile tea every day. It works very quickly.
